How many times do we have to bitch about our same patterns before we change them? Apparently, thousands of times. Whenever your read long-term relationship advice you will often hear this adage about how “the arguments rarely ever change, just the tactics do.”
But when do we stop to have a moment to realize that this applies to our own relationship with ourselves, too?
That risking the process of spreading myself out too thin, crashing, turning into a dumpster fire, and then burning out is probably the cycle I will navigate my entire life. This feels like suuuuch an exhausting and daunting perspective to have, but I think it’s probably the most honest thing I’ve told myself lately.
At this point, I’m pretty sure I’ve probably launched my big new re-brand and I am fucking TIRED and hoping that this will simply my life a lot. I’d love to take a minute to just reflect, celebrate, ponder, and reframe the energy that this rebranding took.
